This position is available to work from home in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.Must be able to work 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific time hours. May need to travel onsite to CA occasionally.
Leads business or clinical applications projects related to design, development, and optimization for Sutter Health Clinical Laboratory systems and interfaces. Coordinates cross-functional teams and resources throughout Information Services (IS) and Sutter Health and its affiliates required to implement, and support IS projects. Collaborates across Sutter Health and its affiliates to provide support and training as well as participate in goals and objectives planning and prioritization related to IS applications.
Support Sunquest/Clinisys Lab System, Epic EHR, and related Laboratory system and interfaces.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: allied health field or equivalent. License at Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent.
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
8 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
In-depth knowledge of Sunquest Lab/Clinisys Lab system maintenance and support.
Working knowledge of Epic EHR Lab build and support. Certification preferred.
Working knowledge of Laboratory HL7 interfaces.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards with an emphasis on supporting business requirements.
Working knowledge of Clinical Laboratory operations and structure.
Set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner.
Expert in technical analyzing information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures in order to identify patterns, tendencies, and relationships resulting in the formulation of logical and objective conclusions.
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations.
Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Pay Range is $62.95 to $94.43 / hour. California Pay Range is $62.95 to $94.43 / hour. Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Texas Pay Range is $56.66 to $84.99 / hour. Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Utah Pay Range is $50.36 to $75.55 / hour.The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
