Multicultural IRG serves as a platform for employees to become change agents to support an inclusive and culturally competent work and care environment at Sutter Health.

Pride IRG fosters an equitable and inclusive working environment where lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees, and their supporters/allies, feel a sense of community and opportunity.

The Women’s Inclusion Resource Group (WIRG) celebrates women employees of Sutter Health in every department at every level. Inclusive Resource Groups, like the WIRG, promote a culture and create experiences that also support us in driving high-quality, inclusive care. The WIRG is open to all, providing opportunities for training, peer support, and promote professional development.
