Responsible for the day-to-day operations and direction of expanding enrollment and increase diversity in ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) clinical research trials within Sutter. Create and implement a Sutter system wide ALS Programmatic development plan to increase access to ALS services across Sutter. Be the conduit between research and clinic activities.Oversees and ensures the effective coordination of activities and resources of designated program(s) and projects in collaboration with the Neuroscience Service Line and Forbes Norris Clinic, that may impact operations, systems, other programs/departments and/or patients and their families.
Understands the ALS program's strategic goals and ensures that program objectives are accomplished within set parameters. Ensures that program activities are well planned, organized, and follow regulatory guidelines.
Participates in the development and implementation of department goals and objectives.

EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Ability to build and establish effective working partnership with employees, peers and/or leaders to achieve program objectives.
- Organizational skills and the proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on writing.
- Motivated and resourceful self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs, meet deadlines, and solve problems creatively, both independently and in team settings.
- Adaptability to interact with various types of visitors with poise and self-confidence.
- Desire and ability to work independently and autonomously.

Pay Range is $44.94 to $67.41 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
