The Registered Nurse, following the scope and standards of professional nursing practice, provides comprehensive patient-family centered care addressing potential and actual health and illness problems for patients and families.A Registered Nurse, who, under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/ Director, has continual opportunity to exercise initiative and independent professional judgment, uses the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient centered nursing care for assigned patients; and as a primary member of a nursing care team, guides and monitors work of paraprofessional and other team members. This care is performed as a part of a customer focused, service oriented team that incorporates the values of Mills Peninsula Health Services in a confidential environment. The Registered Nurse integrates the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and the Patients' Bill of Rights, Professional Scope and Standards of Practice and pertinent Specialty Standards into his or her nursing practice.

Bachelors in Nursing (BSN): Minimu
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
RN-Registered Nurse of California
BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
ACLS
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
2+ years of acute care clinical experience in nursing
2+ years of experience working in FBC- LDRP (Labor/Delivery/Recovery/ Postpartum)

Pay Range is $76.54 to $103.58 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
