Works within an established framework to investigate allegations, and prevent and solve crimes to safeguard people, property, assets, and interests. Develops work plans and conduct administrative, civil, and criminal investigations involving, but not limited to, fraud, theft, misappropriation, personal and property crimes, and workplace violence. Performs research activities, investigate leads, conduct interviews, and compose professionally-written reports that clearly communicate investigative findings. Analyzes data, control evidence, prepare documentation, and may make recommendations to justice system authorities.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
PSO - Proprietary Private Security Officer within 30 days of start date
DL-Valid Drivers License Class C
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Demonstrated ability to document investigative results and corrective action plans that are easily understandable to auditors, regulators, and others, as appropriate.
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
Must demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Demonstrated ability to set priorities and respond to changing demands from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to follow through, meet deadlines, anticipate requirements, and build relationships with minimal oversight.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ reasoning skills.
Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated comfort level w/ internal systems or demonstrated ability to learn new systems.
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
Demonstrated past experience working with C-suite-level executives.
PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Must present as approachable, open, professional, and positive.
Must be willing to travel on short notice and during non-standard working hours.

Pay Range is $25.47 to $31.82 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
