Position Overview:

The Clinical Research Coordinator will assist the Clinical Research Manager to plan and implement clinical research studies according to the Standard Operating Procedures of the Clinical Research Department and in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, California State Law, the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) Good Clinical Practice Guidelines, PAMF Policy and Clinical Research Institute and Clinical Research Department Standard Operating Procedures.




Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
  • Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) required.
  • 7 years clinical research experience required.
  • Experience with electronic data entry programs fo clinical research required
  • Experirence in preparing a medicalre coverage analysis (MCA) required.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of Federal and State regulations and International Guidelines related to Good Clinical Practices in clinical research.
  • Knowledge Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to manage multiple enterprise-wide initiatives and consulting teams to achieve project goals.
  • Ability to perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects and work under pressue to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Word and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills for frequent and challenging contact with physicians, employees, patients, families; requires patience and compassion
  • Intermediate computer skills to include data entry, report writing, compile complex spreadsheets and/or power point presentations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with and collaborate across the organization as needed
  • Demonstrates ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to perform mathematical functions such measuring items, dose calculations, unit conversions or budgeting relevant cost center
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
