Provides first-level response including phone, email, and other modes of incoming contacts to provide resolution of technical problems and information technology issues for desktop, laptop, or network services for employees using remote network access. Provides timely resolution of issues/problems or escalates issue on behalf of customers to appropriate technical support personnel if necessary.
Experience in a service desk environment as would typically be acquired in 0 to 2 years.
Healthcare information technology industry experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and customer support skills including a clear speaking voice with excellent diction and tone.
Ability to develop documentation at a technical and user level.
Demonstrated experience in supporting applications and/or technology via phone, email, or chat.
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
Good organizational skills and ability to determine workload priorities to complete tasks in a timely manner.
