Manager, Surgical Services-Pacific Heights Outpatient Campus

Position Overview:
The Clinical Nurse Manager provides for the delivery of efficient and effective professional nursing care for Surgical Services and ensures that nursing care provided is consistent with established nursing care standards and that care is provided in a safe, appropriate and cost-effective manner. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the supervision, management, and development of staff; for planning, directing and monitoring of unit operations; and for the fiscal management of this.

This position will be responsible for the operations of the Surgical Services departments at the Pacific Heights Outpatient Campus which includes the operating room, ACU, PACU and ACU.  

This is an exciting opportunity for an independent thinker and self starter to lead the growth and development of this newly formed outpatient only surgical services within a large and prestigious hospital system in San Francisco. 




Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required - BSN.

Current California RN license, BLS required. 
Minimum 5 years of surgical/OR experience.  
Excellent customer service skills required. 
At least one year of previous management/supervisory experience.
